There are several outbuildings to house hunters including a nicely insulated cabin with kitchen, living room, and bathroom area. Next to the main cabin is a bunkhouse sleeping quarters and there is a nice shed to store equipment or ATV’s. There is also an unfinished cabin building on the property that would expand the lodging capacity—that is also included. The domestic water is provided by a buried cistern and the cabins have electricity and propane.

The owner is planning on stocking the largest pond this year with native cutthroat trout from a local hatchery. There are miles of trails carved into the landscape providing excellent access to all areas of the property.
